Structure, cadence and cost

The programme, span by span.

Twenty six weeks, six stages, one cohort at a time. Free to participants and free to partners. Below is what happens in each stage, what we ask of you, and the points at which a person can be told the route is not realistic.

The underside of a bridge span against an evening sky
26Weeks from selection to launch, with a two week break in the middle because burnout is a real failure mode.
$0Cost to a participant. There is no application fee, no materials fee, no success fee and no deferred fee.
2Independent reviewers on every selection decision, working from the same published rubric.
4hMinimum weekly commitment we ask of participants. Below that, the preparation does not hold together.
Stage by stage

What actually
happens, week
by week.

Every stage has an output you can hold: a document, a rewritten file, a practice recording, a named introduction. If a stage ends without an artefact, it did not happen.

01

Discover

Weeks 1 to 3

We inventory what exists. Degrees, transcripts, licences, employment letters, references, tax records, portfolio work, anything that proves the career happened. Then we map the route your profession takes in your target country, which is different for a nurse, an accountant and a backend engineer, and is the single most common thing people get wrong.

Output: a document inventory, a written route map, and a list of the specific items you are missing.

02

Select

Weeks 3 to 4

Two reviewers score every application against a published rubric covering verifiable experience, evidence quality, language readiness, realism of the target route and available time. Scores are compared, disagreements are resolved in writing, and the reasons are recorded.

Output: a decision with written reasons, sent to every applicant including those we do not take.

03

Prepare

Weeks 5 to 16

The long middle, and the part that does the real work. Credential evaluation where it is needed. Language evidence with a booked test date. A CV and profile rebuilt to the conventions of the target market. Four recorded interview rounds with feedback. Sector specific technical refreshers. Workplace norms, which sound trivial and end more probation periods than skill gaps do.

Output: an evaluated credential file, a current language result, a market ready CV and four interview recordings.

04

Connect

Weeks 14 to 22

Introductions to organisations in the partner network that have told us, in writing, what they hire for and when. Each introduction is one named person to one named organisation with prior agreement on both sides. We do not broadcast CVs, and we take no fee from either side.

Output: named introductions, logged, with the outcome of each recorded whatever it is.

05

Build

Weeks 12 to 26

A mentor working in your field in your target market, paired for the rest of the programme, with a fixed commitment of two hours a month on both sides. Where partners offer it, a short piece of real project work, scoped so it produces something you can show and reference.

Output: a mentor relationship with logged hours, and at least one piece of referenceable work.

06

Launch and stay

Week 26 onward

The cohort ends. The relationship does not. Participants keep network access, quarterly check ins for the first year, and a standing invitation to mentor the next cohort. The first twelve months in a new market is where most of the real difficulty lives and where most programmes have already stopped paying attention.

Output: continued access, four check ins in year one, and a mentoring invitation.

What the programme provides

Six things, and nothing we cannot deliver.

  • Career readiness. CV rebuilt to local convention, interview practice with recordings and feedback, written communication for the workplace you are entering.
  • Evidence support. Guidance through credential evaluation and language testing, including the order to do them in and the cost of each.
  • Technical refresh. Targeted material for your field, aimed at the gap between what you know and what the local market tests for.
  • Mentorship. A person doing your job in your target market, with a real time commitment on both sides.
  • Introductions. Named, agreed, tracked, and free to everyone involved.
  • Continuity. A year of check ins after the programme ends, and permanent network access.
Cadence

How a week
actually runs.

Four hours minimum. One live session, one block of independent work, one short review. Sessions are recorded because participants live across many time zones and a programme that only works for people in one of them has quietly selected for something other than merit.

Cohorts are deliberately small. We would rather run two cohorts of twenty properly than one of a hundred badly, and the mentoring model does not survive scale beyond that without becoming a mailing list.

Sessions are recorded. Time zones should not decide who benefits.

Next step

Applications open for the founding cohort.

Four steps, roughly fifteen minutes, and you will know what happens next before you start. If you would rather test yourself first, the readiness check is two minutes and asks for nothing.
