For organisations

An hour a month is a real contribution.

Most partnership pages ask for a budget line. This one asks for a practice interview, a role brief, or a referral channel, because at this stage those are worth more to a participant than money is. Answer three questions below and you will get a specific starting point instead of a brochure.

Why partner

The talent
already lives
in your city.

Every employer that struggles to fill technical roles is surrounded by people who can do them and cannot prove it in the format the hiring system expects.

Partnering with us is not charity and we would rather you did not treat it as such. It is early access to a pool of prepared, motivated, mid career professionals whose files have already been put into a shape your process can read. We do the unglamorous part. You get to interview people you would otherwise never have seen.

We take no fee from partners. There is no placement commission, no subscription and no invoice at any point. That is a deliberate structural choice: the moment an organisation earns money per hire, its advice to candidates quietly changes, and everyone in this sector knows it.

What we ask instead is specificity. Tell us what you actually hire for, when, and what disqualifies a candidate at first screen. That single conversation is worth more to us than a donation, because it lets us prepare people for the real bar rather than an imagined one.

Fit builder

Three questions,
one concrete
starting point.

Nothing here is submitted anywhere. It runs in your browser and produces a suggested first step you can bring to your own team before you ever speak to us.

01  What kind of organisation are you?
02  What can you actually offer?
03  What are you hoping to get?

Mentorship

Two hours a month, one participant, for one cohort cycle. Your people get better at explaining their own craft, which is a real internal benefit nobody expects.

Hiring access

Named introductions to prepared candidates, no fee, no exclusivity, no obligation to hire. You tell us the bar and we prepare people for it.

A technician working with structured network cabling

Shared capacity

Space, translation, assessment expertise, or a curriculum block from your own training team. In kind support is genuinely as useful as funding here.

How it starts

Four steps, roughly six weeks.

  • A conversation. Forty minutes. What you need, what you can give, whether this is worth continuing. Some end here and that is a good outcome.
  • A written brief. One page from you on roles, skills, timing and disqualifiers. We write it if you would rather talk than type.
  • A pilot. One mentor pairing, one practice interview round, or one referral channel. Small enough to abandon without anyone losing face.
  • A review. After one cohort we look at what happened together and decide honestly whether to continue.
What partnership does not mean

A partner logo on this site is not an endorsement of any participant, and a partnership does not commit an organisation to hire anyone. Partners never pay us and we never pay partners. No participant is charged for an introduction to a partner, and no partner is charged for an introduction to a participant.

We will not publish a partner's name or mark without written permission, and any organisation may end a partnership at any time without explanation.

Next step

Bring us a bar, not a budget.

Tell us what a strong candidate looks like in your organisation and what gets them rejected in the first ten minutes. We will prepare people for that, and everyone benefits from the specificity.
